I've sent off a METRIC TON of E-mails yesterday to various government officials about the Supreme Court Ruling that Effectively renders all Private Property to the Governments of this nation.
This "form letter" was altered in some ways for each recipient, but if you read this one you'll get the point. I urge you all to write your state and local legislators as well as national Representatives because if you don't get legislation or state amendments passed, your property is no longer your own:

Governor Bredesen,
I realize that you must receive hundreds of letters outlining the needs of the people of the State of Tennessee, but I feel compelled today to write my representatives in the government after the outrageous attack on Private Property rights in America by the Supreme Court of the United States yesterday.
In essence, the Supreme Court has ruled that ANY local, city, county, or state government can use eminent domain to claim the private property of ANY citizen of this nation and then sell that property to another private entity if it can show that they can collect more in property taxes or can find a more creative use for that land.
I'm urging you to help the people of Tennessee, where there are several Eminent Domain abuses going on, but also the people of the nation by proposing either legislative controls over the powers of eminent domain, or by proposing an amendment to the Tennessee Constitution that outlines EXACTLY what powers the government has for the seizing of private property.
I'm going to be very active in the State of Tennessee attempting to get a state amendment passed which will protect the people of Tennessee from these outrageous seizures. I intend on contacting every person that I can and making this a state-wide issue. I hope to have every elected official in the state have a position on the abuse of eminent domain so that the voters can protect themselves from these outrageous seizures.
I urge you to act on behalf of the People of this state by making private property rights the staple of American Freedom that it once was.
If we can succeed in making this a state-wide issue, you may well find that support for these protections will be Bipartisan and it may help to expose those opponents of yours who would like to see the state government have more and more power over the people...
One of the first things that Stalin did was remove the rights of private property from the citizens of Russia, and I fear that our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness may soon be as meaningless as the rights of those poor people who suffered under the iron fist of communism.
Thank you for your time,
I can't say this enough. CONTACT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES, both LOCAL AND NATIONAL, and let your voice be heard. This outrageous abuse of power MUST BE STOPPED!

Place your eyes on this, http://www.freestarmedia.com/hotellostliberty2.html . I was just waiting for someone to smack a USSC Justice with their own stupidity.
